Shape Haus is a real estate developer that has been creating villas and boutique resorts in Bali and the surrounding islands since 2022. We manage the entire process: from site selection, design, and permitting to construction, delivery, and rental management. Our focus is on unique locations where architecture, local culture, and an exceptional guest experience converge. We create properties that are not only beautiful but also hold long-term value.
At our Hush resorts, operations are managed under the Hush brand. We cover the complete guest journey, from reservations and arrival to service, maintenance, and daily operations. For other villa and real estate projects, we work with professional operators where appropriate, including Avanterra. By considering operations during development, we design not only for a strong first impression but also for many years of daily use.
